The West Branch Castle Gas Station, transforms a typical convenience station into a bright, welcoming destination. Our firm led the architectural design of the facility, including the fuel canopy, retail center, and site planning to accommodate high-traffic volumes with clarity and ease. The convenience store’s interior features durable wood-look tile, exposed structural elements, and generous daylighting through full-height storefront glazing—offering a spacious and cheerful break for road-weary visitors. A distinctive blue-painted steel ceiling adds both clarity and visual energy to the space. Aisles are arranged for intuitive circulation, with ample refrigeration, display zones, and service counters supporting both quick stops and leisurely browsing. Exterior detailing—including masonry accents, strong horizontal rooflines, and bold signage—establishes a clean, recognizable presence from the highway, while the expansive forecourt provides ample maneuvering room for vehicles of all sizes. The project exemplifies our firm’s approach to elevating everyday architecture through thoughtful spatial design, regional symbolism, and a commitment to comfort, clarity, and place.
